This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state or province in which Guaranty Trust Bank Côte d'Ivoire is domiciled, excluding its conflict of law rules, and you and the Guaranty Trust Bank Côte d'Ivoire Web site submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state or province.

This Agreement is personal to you and you may not assign your rights or obligations under it to anyone else. All logos, brand names, products, trademarks and service marks appearing herein may be trademarks or service marks of their respective owners.
