- In order to receive the transfer into their GTBank CI account, the client must have a GTBank CI account and provide the name of their bank and their 24 digit direct debit number. Example: CI1630120700000073625401
- Non-GTBank customers can also withdraw cash at the counter.
- For cash transfers, the client must present a valid identity card, i.e. the CNI or the identity certificate + ONI receipt for Ivorians and non-Ivorians (international passport, consular card, resident card, etc.).
